duplicity | ABILITIES OPT IN
Obviously I will pretty this up later.
tl;dr Blue's abilities are largely around amplifying other's powers – this is something she's learning more control over and can give and withdraw her energy consciously, however it's very much not foolproof. Physical contact boosts this ability significantly.

CAN BLUE'S AMPLIFYING ABILITIES AFFECT YOUR CHARACTER'S POWERS/ETC: yes always
IF SO, WHAT MIGHT THE EFFECTS BE: makes Noah more solid and present, helps him focus his thoughts a bit better, enhances his ability to fling objects around when he's having a ghost tantrum
